HiPlan MPM is a software platform (Multi Project Management) web based designed, developed, maintained and distributed by Logical System for the complete management of projects / sales orders. Particularly suitable for medium and large engineering departments, it is also used in small businesses as a support tool to the daily schedule of business and the management of medium and long term.
HiPlan is a tool designed to assist the Project Manager, the Functional Head and the Resource Manager during the entire life cycle of each project / sales orders, from concept to implementation and delivery step. It also supports the Program Manager and the Management in the decisions on the entire portfolio of projects. HiPlan offers good support in the management of planning, allocation of resources, in the balancing of workloads and in the check of compliance with the times in terms of the introduced obligations.
