MES (Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an information system designed to manage and control the  production function of a company. MES  involves orders, advancements in quantity and time, the warehouse, as well as the devices installed on board to the machine,  in order to deduce information useful to integrate the manufacturing execution and its control.

MES of Logical System is a link between the control system in real-time plant floor information system and the high-level ERP, where it is integrated to analyse all the data relating to the Production Departments to be monitored. MES, through THRON, sends all the information that allow to optimize production activities from order launch to finished products. Also thanks to T.O.F. that  that examines the production data in an accurate and instantaneous way, MES pilots and responds to the needs of the plant productive activities, monitoring them in their execution.

MES is therefore an integrated set of functions that connect planning and control systems, design and production, sales force and shipping, logistics and customers.

THRON is the finite capacity scheduler and  is an effective computer tool developed to optimize the planning of production processes.

THRON is the Advanced Planning and Scheduling System (APS) designed to extend the capabilities of ERP systems to the simulation of possible future states. Intuitive to use, fast execution, easily configurable, Thron is a tool that uses advanced mathematical algorithms to accomplish the optimization or simulation of planning. It is an analysis tool that allows to drastically reduces the time required for production planning.

With T.O.F. the Company's production will always be under control. T.O.F. makes it possible possible to detect in real time the number of pieces produced, any interruptions of the work and / or waste. A network of devices installed on board of the machine allows the constant control of the production; products data are ascribed manually by operators or, in some cases, automatically by directly interfacing the machines thanks to the available signals.

T.O.F. can provide for units connected to each single machine operated by a concentrator module connected to the corporate network that allows to view from anywhere the actual status of each individual machine to authorized operators. The simplicity of use requires very short times for the learning and start-up.
